The House of VA is a husband and wife run team who work with small to medium size businesses to support their accounts, administration & operational growth.

Holly Grimmer
The House of VA was created midway through 2020, I was a new Mum who wanted the flexibility to have more time with my daughter than a full time commuting role would allow but I still wanted to use my brain. I LOVE working and helping people; The House of VA allows me to do both but in a way that works for my family.
I am an Operations and Customer Manager by trade, I am a big brainstormer who hates inefficiencies and being bogged down in ‘stuff’. I work closely with our clients to not only take the stress out of their day-to-day administration but to look at their business as a whole and help to re-evaluate their operations to work more efficiently. So many small to medium size businesses face the same struggles of growing without strong admin and operations foundations to support that growth. That is where The House of VA shines – we can help you with your acute issues and then look holistically at your business and see how we can streamline your processes.
Brad Grimmer
After several years as a GM in sports clubs, I have a great appreciation for being the ‘jack of all trades’ and running a business on the ‘smell of an oily rag’. What it also means is I have a lot of experience in each aspect of business administration management.
In 2020, I decided to join my wife’s business ‘The House of VA’ so that I could share my experience with other small business owners; to help improve their business accounts, administration & operational management. It has been fantastic working with small business owners and getting them back to doing more of what they love. I’m also a real numbers person (certified bookkeeper) and love working with our clients to improve their financial management.
Outside of work, I love hanging out with our young family and playing any type of sport.
